Worship is a prime focus of the life and witness of our church. Our main time of Worship is on Sunday mornings at 10.30am and includes a Communion service usually on the first Sunday of each month. Other occasional services are held as announced. The calendar of services is shown at the end of this page.
Sunday Morning
Morning worship at Cornerstone starts at 10.30am every Sunday so please come and join us!
Communion is on the first Sunday of each month.
Most Sundays all parts of the service will be live, but occasionally the sermon will be a recording shown on the screen. Singing is a full part of our worship with a mix of songs and hymns accompanied by organ, piano or small worship group or recorded songs shown on the big screens.
There is usually an all-age service each month when the church family worships together for the whole service.
Short drama scenes, performed by the Drama Llamas, are regularly used within the worship to introduce or illustrate an aspect of the sermon theme.
After the service, Coffee and Tea will be served in the main hall, where people enjoy fellowship together.
Youth and children groups
We have groups for all ages which usually take place after an initial time of worship with the whole church family. See the Light Years page for further details. A crèche for babies and toddlers is also available as required.
Other Days
Special or occasional services are held from time to time as announced.
